Admissions

Your next chapterstarts witha conversation.

Four plain steps from the first call to the day you move in.

Four steps

From first callto move-in.

  1. Reach out

Call, text or send an inquiry. A real person answers, with no pressure and no sales pitch. If you’re a treatment provider or case manager, say so and we’ll take it from there.

  2. Discuss your situation

Talk with the Foundry team about your housing needs, your current recovery support, and which residence fits — the Beachhouse in Hollywood or the Lakehouse in North Miami Beach.

  3. Review housing options

Learn which rooms are open, what the house expects, what the rate is and what it includes, and whether a scholarship may help.

  4. Plan your arrival

Agree an approved move-in date and go over what to bring. Many men arrive straight from detox, residential treatment or a PHP or IOP program.

Admission isn’t guaranteed, and sending an inquiry doesn’t reserve a bed. We’ll tell you honestly whether The Foundry is the right fit — including when someone needs a higher level of care first.

What to bring

Rooms are furnished.Bring your life, not your furniture.

  • Clothing for work and for the weather
  • Toiletries (nothing containing alcohol)
  • Medications in their original bottles
  • Photo ID
  • Your insurance card

Leave anything containing alcohol at home, including mouthwash and some aftershaves.

Rates and scholarships

Straight answersabout cost.

Sober living is generally private pay, and that is how The Foundry operates. Rates depend on the room and the length of stay; we give current pricing on the phone rather than publishing a number that may be out of date.

Insurance covers clinical treatment, not housing, though outpatient care attended while living here may be billable. Scholarships are available for qualified individuals when cost is the only thing in the way.

More: what sober living costs in Miami, insurance and sober living, scholarships in Florida, and what happens on the intake call.

House availability

Your next chapterstarts witha conversation.

Ask about rooms, rates, tours or house expectations. A real person from The Foundry will get back to you. Sending this form does not reserve a bed.
