What this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Last updated October 2026.

The Foundry Sober Living (“The Foundry,” “we”) operates foundrysoberliving.com. This notice explains what information the website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you send us

When you use the inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, preferred residence, who the inquiry is for, your preferred contact method, the topics you ask about, and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service.

Please do not send medical or substance-use information through the website. The form is meant for ordinary housing inquiries. Diagnoses, medications, treatment history and substance-use details are better discussed by phone.

How we use it

We use inquiry information only to respond to you, answer questions about housing, arrange tours and discuss availability. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, or when the law requires it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance. The site’s fonts and scripts are served from our own server. The map on our homes pages loads from Google Maps only when you choose to open it, at which point Google’s privacy policy applies.

Residents’ privacy

We do not publish names, photographs or recovery stories of residents. Photographs on this website show the houses. Reviews quoted on the site are excerpts from public Google reviews.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent through the website by emailing info@foundrysoberliving.com or calling (954) 817-7143.

Crisis resources

This website and our phone line are for housing inquiries, not emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In an emergency, call 911.
